Full registration for the APSA 2020 Annual Meeting, May 14-16, 2020, includes admission to all educational and scientific sessions, exhibits, poster display, daily continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, luncheons, Welcome Reception, President's Reception and Banquet, meeting educational materials and a downloadable app.  The Post-Meeting Workshops on Sunday, May 17, are by separate registration during the online process. Companion Program registration is separate from the meeting attendee's. 

Full registration for the APSA-IPSO Symposium, May 13-14, 2020, includes admission to all educational and scientific session, refreshments breaks, the APSA-IPSO Reception, meeting educational materials and a downloadable app. 

All presenters are required to register for the meeting.

Coronavirus Cancellation Policy

APSA leadership and staff are continually monitoring the situation surrounding the current Coronavirus outbreak. APSA plans to continue with the Annual Meeting, scheduled for May 13 - 17, 2020 in Orlando, FL. Should a health emergency be declared in the region that results in a travel ban to Orlando, or the airport, hotels or hospitals in Orlando are closed, then APSA will cancel the meeting and provide refund for registration fees. If attendees cancel due to personal concerns about traveling and APSA has not cancelled the meeting, then the standard cancellation refund policy remains in place. 

If the country from which you will be traveling issues a travel ban, APSA will refund your registration minus the processing fee of $75.

Confirmation of Registration

Attendees who include an e-mail address on their registration form will receive an e-mail confirmation/receipt within 24 hours of registering online. Allow up to two weeks if registering by mail or fax. If you do not receive a confirmation two weeks after registering, e-mail APSA headquarters. All registrants must pick up their badges at the APSA Pre-Registration Desk when they arrive at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress.

Cancellation of Registration

Cancellations and Refunds: Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by April 13, 2020, will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations between April 14 and April 27, 2020, will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be issued after April  27, 2020. Substitutions are allowed at any time, but must be submitted in writing and must be of the same member status. No telephone registrations will be accepted. Payment in U.S. dollars only.
